What is the
SHOWCASE?
The Showcase of New Homes is an annual event hosted by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) to present potential home buyers with a variety of options in various styles, price ranges, sizes, and locations. Whatever your preferences or needs, you'll find information about houses you'll definitely want to visit before making your next purchase.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Find your copy of the Showcase Home Buyer's Guide at local area Kroger stores and/or online beginning Saturday, June 9th.
- Inside you'll find detailed listings of Middle Tennessee homes organized by location and price along with images, descriptions, floor plans, square footage and more.
- Follow the included directions to all the houses you'd like to check out. That's it! No charge, no email information to share, just go!
