Five of Middle Tennessee's top builders participated in the 2019 Parade at The Grove in College Grove, Tenn. Working with a collection of the industry's best interior designers, each construction team created amazing custom homes that delighted and inspired every attendee at the show during its two-week run.

What is the
PARADE?
The Parade of Homes is an annual event produced by the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT). The event features multiple new homes created by the industry's top builders and designers in a premier local development. Attendees visit the Parade for ideas, inspiration or just a fun day out getting a glimpse at the latest home design trends while touring eye-popping new houses.
